Switching Between Rigid and Flexible Media

1. Prepare the Printer: From the front panel, select the option to switch printing modes. The printer will adjust the belt and table configuration.
2. For Rigid Media: Remove the roll-to-roll collector and input shafts. Place the alignment stoppers and input/output tables.
3. For Flexible Media: Remove the tables and stoppers. Install the input and output roll shafts and the media collector.
4. Load Media: Follow the on-screen guide for the chosen media type. For rigid substrates, use the alignment pins for precise placement. For rolls, use the automatic feed system.

White Ink Maintenance

1. Automatic Recirculation: The printer automatically recirculates white ink to prevent settling. Ensure the printer remains powered on.
2. Offline Rotation: If a white ink cartridge is removed, it must be stored horizontally and rotated 180 degrees daily. The front panel will track and remind you.
3. Printhead Cleaning: Perform a specific white printhead clean if you notice any quality degradation. This can be found in the 'Image Quality Maintenance' menu.
